How dreamy is this editorial? *sigh* I wanna wear red lipstick and prance around in the woods. I particularly am so drawn to the warm hazy lighting and romantic mood here. I swear I am part woodsy prairie hippy girl and the other parts consists of an english school girl from the 60s who raids her grandmothers sweaters, an aspiring glamourous silent actress from the 1920s and the avant garde minimalist that is obsessed with Rei Kawakubo. Speaking of Rei, the new Comme des Garcon wallets are really cool. Wallets sold out so fast but the coin pouch is still floating around in the back of my brain.

Umm. so this collection is coming out soon and its right around my birthday. So excited!

Wren: Sneak Peek of Spring 2011

So sorry for the lack of posts but I have been so extremely busy! Here is why. hehe.
As you know already, I am having the most amazing time here at wren! I love being a part of the production process and adore the line so much. It has such a great mix of inspiration from the past with a modern twist to it. Here is a sneak peek at the spring 2011 collection. I can't wait till the look book is finished so I can show you all!

Pixie Mart

Pixie Mart has always had such great styling! Here is a few of my favorites as of lately. I love the mix of patterns with the combination of soft colors.

WREN: FALL 2010

Wren's Fall Collection is so cute. I love every peice and have had the opportunity to see these going through production and I must say that the quality is great and the fit is also very flattering. I have been learning so much while assisting the production manager at Wren. The designer, Melissa Coker has such a great sense of style and I am enjoying my time with her and her incredible team!

Hawaiian Summer

Here's some photos from my vacation in hawaii. Nothing fashion related but it is such an inspiring and relaxing place so it was definantly such nice change to not have to think about fashion or even care what I was wearing. I was so fortunate to be able to go with my best friend, Jen. I definantly recommend it if you need a place to just take a moment to relax and take things really slow.
We ate a lot of great food, layed around on the beach, went to the farmers market and had drinks at a tiki bar.

Back from the Dead

Haha. So Ive been m.I.a. since my vacation. Things have been so busy lately! My Internet has finally stopped working on my laptop since my airport card is broken so, I need to get that fixed. Also, my parents have been out for visits on the weekend and my husband has turned our outside area into a patio! It's so adorable! I will post pictures later. I planted some flowers and have had a lot of fun decorating it from flea market finds. I have also started interning at two different places which I will share my experiences so far in another post. So lots of exciting vacation photos and what not to come!
